JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The role involves standard care and support services such as personal care, medication delegation, and active documentation in our documentation system. We are looking for someone with the desire and commitment to develop home care services and your own competencies. You have an empathetic approach and are personally positive, confident, independent, and solution-focused. We work with a functional support approach and a salutogenic perspective. We use Time Care as our scheduling tool and Life Care as our documentation system. QUALIFICATIONS You are trained as a nursing assistant or have other equivalent education that the employer finds suitable. You have strong empathetic skills with the residents at the center. An important part of your work is building good relationships. You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. You are personally positive about new challenges, have good collaboration skills, and excellent interpersonal communication. We offer you an exciting and developmentally rewarding position.
