We're looking for someone who wants to work as a nursing assistant within Home Care Alvesta Center and help our care recipients have a secure everyday life at home. You'll become part of our team working with person-centered care, and you value quality and consideration. We work according to Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC) and use digital solutions and systems in our work, which is a prerequisite for providing our care recipients with good and individually tailored care. Your tasks will include: Providing support and assistance in daily life, such as personal care, meals, and social interaction. Performing delegated health and medical care tasks. Documenting according to applicable procedures. Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals for the best possible care. Our operations run every day and hour of the year. In home care, you work days, evenings, and weekends according to schedule based on annual working time agreements. QUALIFICATIONS You are a nursing assistant with approved education from a care and nursing program or equivalent education. Previous experience in similar work is a merit. You are responsible, empathetic, and have a genuine interest in people. This is evident in how you treat both colleagues and care recipients with respect and are responsive to individuals' different needs. As a person, you are solution-focused and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. A B driver's license is required; you also need to be able to bike as we have bike routes. The work requires that you have good Swedish language skills, both written and spoken. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
