About the Position

We work with home care services, elderly residential care, and rehabilitation, focusing on individualized care that enables our clients to live independently and securely.
The position can be full-time or part-time and is suitable if you want a permanent or fixed-term employment with excellent opportunities for a permanent position.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide care services in clients' homes or residential facilities
• Support clients' independence in daily activities
• Follow care plans and document according to guidelines
• Work closely with colleagues, family members, and other healthcare providers
• Drive between clients, which requires a valid driver's license
Your Profile
• Education in healthcare and care, such as home care assistant or nursing aide
• Class B driver's license (required)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written – additional languages are an advantage
• Genuine interest in people and their well-being
• Responsible, flexible, and strong collaboration skills
• Seeking long-term employment (minimum 6 months) with ambition to work full-time
