TASKS AND QUALIFICATIONS Nursing Assistants for Tranan Home Care We are now seeking nursing assistants to be placed at Tranan home care. The positions are both permanent and longer-term temporary assignments. Tranan is located in central Hagfors. From here, 6 home care teams and district nurses operate. We work in teams with each other, and the team also includes a licensed physical therapist and occupational therapist as well as two unit managers. Your task is to provide care to individuals based on approved services. Your work tasks include, for example: ● Assistance with transfers and personal hygiene ● Various service tasks ● Medical tasks ● Documentation Work Hours Since our care and nursing operations run 24/7, all days of the week, our schedules are varying and you will work days, evenings, and weekends.
