About HemTrevnad: HemTrevnad was founded in 2006 in Alingsås Municipality, a couple of years before the choice of care provider law was introduced in 2009. Individuals who have been granted home care services and emergency alarm systems in Alingsås have the opportunity to choose HemTrevnad as their service provider. We operate in almost all of Alingsås Municipality! HemTrevnad also provides services covered by RUT deductions. The goal is for HemTrevnad's clients to live a good life and have a meaningful and secure everyday life with support from HemTrevnad's competent staff. At HemTrevnad, we work person-centered with a flexible and situation-adapted approach. All employees' work tasks are extremely important for both clients and staff to feel satisfied at HemTrevnad! Job Responsibilities Your workday is planned based on approved services and the individual's implementation plan. Approved services can range from light activities such as a walk to caring for individuals with significant care needs and advanced health and medical services on delegation from a nurse, as well as receiving alarms during day and evening hours. Health and medical services are signed digitally on a mobile device and you document in Combine. Digital locks have been installed at all clients' homes in Alingsås Municipality during the spring. Most importantly, the individual must feel confident in you and receive the help and support they need, delivered with high quality. The work includes teamwork with other professions and you need to have good collaboration skills. You should be able to handle everyday questions with tact, sensitivity, and good judgment. Your work includes being the primary care contact. Qualifications You have a valid nursing assistant diploma and must provide a professional certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare. You have a valid driver's license (category B). You have excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. As a person, you are confident and have the ability to perform your work with accuracy, attentiveness, and helpfulness. You are an important part of our team and share our humanistic values and have good communication skills. You have a strong ability to work to ensure clients receive the best possible care and see the bigger picture surrounding the client. You perform your work in a trust-building manner. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. To work as a nursing assistant, 1500 upper secondary school credits and a professional certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare are required. A background check is required to be considered for a position at HemTrevnad.
