Tasks In your role as a nursing assistant, you work on behalf of licensed nurses with: Delegated healthcare services for people within disability care and home healthcare. Common procedures include blood sampling, wound dressing, catheterization, medication management, and more Collaboration with family members, colleagues, and other professionals Participation in teamwork with several different professional groups The work includes evening and weekend shifts according to schedule You work independently but always with a competent team supporting you. The work is characterized by freedom with responsibility and a culture where we support and lift each other up. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is: A trained nursing assistant with a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare Holder of a class B driver's license with manual transmission (required) Independent, structured, and confident in your professional role Attentive, empathetic, and good at collaboration Flexible, stable, and engaged in developing both yourself and the operation We value a positive attitude and the ability to create good relationships.
