About the Position As a nursing assistant with us, you work closely with our residents and together with a dedicated team consisting of registered nurses, rehabilitation staff, and a facility manager. Your responsibilities include: Personal care and delegated healthcare assistance Contact with family members and coordination of activities Household-related tasks and service duties Documentation, resident advocacy, and work with care plans We Are Looking for Someone Who... Is a trained nursing assistant with professional certification from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare Has experience in senior care (a merit) Has good computer skills and is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Is flexible, responsive, and takes responsibility Has a genuine interest in working with elderly people We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are a positive and cooperative person with a strong work ethic and a warm heart.
