As a nursing assistant with us, you'll work in our teams within IBD, liver disease and neurogastroenterology. The clinic works closely with the surgical clinic and women's clinic, including national assignments in reconstructive surgery for IBD and advanced surgery and reconstruction for severe childbirth injuries. Initially you'll receive comprehensive orientation in the clinic, with the goal of gradually specializing in neurogastroenterology and surgery. This gives you the opportunity to work in a highly specialized and cutting-edge healthcare environment. As a nursing assistant with us, you work independently with significant personal responsibility in a varied role. The work includes direct patient contact at the outpatient clinic, as well as contact via telephone and digital services. Your tasks include administrative work, which is an important part of the clinic's operations and quality, such as booking appointments and managing referrals. The work also involves practical tasks such as assisting physicians with examinations, taking samples and ECGs, and more. We offer you stimulating and varied work where you can participate in developing work methods and procedures. About You You are a trained nursing assistant with a focus on healthcare. Preferably with experience in outpatient work and administrative work in Cosmic. You have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Experience in gastroenterology is a merit. You want to develop your professional role and gain knowledge. You enjoy working independently with varied tasks. As a person you are positive, independent, flexible, proactive and have a desire to develop the clinic together with other team members. You also have the ability to plan, prioritize and structure your work. You have good collaboration skills, are goal-oriented and take responsibility. You are calm and confident in your personality and a good listener when meeting patients. Great weight will be placed on personal qualities and suitability.
