Description The Dementia Unit at Forsgården in Forsheda is seeking an employee to join a team of 8 staff members. You will work days, evenings, and weekends on a rotating schedule. It is a unit with 8 residents that has good collaboration with the short-term care facility located in the same building. This provides some variety in the work and more colleagues to collaborate with. Dementia training is desirable. Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant, you work to provide care and services based on the residents' individual needs and approved services. You work based on the implementation plan and with respect for the residents' integrity, participation, and self-determination. The work also includes: delegated healthcare tasks social documentation and other administration in digital operational systems planning and implementing activities based on residents' needs and wishes collaborating with colleagues, nurses, rehabilitation staff, family members, and other relevant parties contributing to a good work environment and safe, quality care. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: has completed a Care and Service Program or other education that the employer considers equivalent has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and passing grades in the subject. has good computer skills and can use digital operational systems. can receive and perform delegated healthcare tasks. To succeed in your role, you need the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a good work environment, and you are flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances. Experience from work in care and service, as well as dementia training. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
