At the end of April, Forenede Care took over the operation of Fäladshöjden, which is a care and residential facility with a total of 48 beds. 3 units for those with dementia and three units focused on somatic care. In your position as a nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the customer's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions and always with a strong focus on quality. You work, for example, with helping with personal hygiene, meal preparations and serving, responding to calls, and being present for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work so that all our residents can live their lives, fully. This can range from conversations, playing games, going on outings, taking a bike ride, or doing fun activities together. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training. Job Description We are currently looking for two temporary positions to cover parental leave and study leave colleagues. The position is approximately 75%-90% and combines days, evenings, and alternating weekends. Start date by agreement and the temporary positions run through 2027-01-31 with possibility of extension. To be qualified for this position, you need: A certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.
