Then you could be one of our new colleagues! About the Activity The day activity center is in an exciting development phase. The operation is expanding and we are now seeking six nursing assistants who want to be part of developing and shaping the future day activity center. The positions cover several of our day activity centers and placement can occur at different workplaces based on the activity's needs and your qualifications. With us, participants are offered a safe and stimulating daily life where their needs, interests, and wishes are at the center. We work person-centered and salutogenic, with a focus on strengthening what is healthy and creating opportunities for participation, activity, and community. We work flexibly and continuously develop the activity's content to meet different needs, interests, and circumstances. Working hours are Monday - Friday between 07:30 - 15:30, with meal breaks included in the activity. Job Duties As a nursing assistant, you work together with colleagues to create a safe, meaningful, and enriching day for our participants. You will among other things: - plan and implement activities based on participants' interests, needs, and abilities - provide care based on individual needs - create safety and contribute to social community - work person-centered and salutogenic - cooperate with relatives and other professions - document according to applicable procedures - participate in the development of the activity The work is varied and requires you to be flexible, creative, and solution-oriented. Qualifications You are a trained nursing assistant and have experience working with people with dementia. Experience from day activity centers is advantageous, as is specialist education in the dementia field. We would like you to: - be calm, safe, and attentive - have a positive and respectful approach - be creative and enjoy planning and leading activities - be flexible and solution-oriented - enjoy collaborating and taking responsibility - have good Swedish in speech and writing as well as basic computer skills We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Since day trips with the activity's bus are part of the ongoing work, a driver's license is also a qualification requirement.
