We are now seeking three temporary nursing assistants for Bygdevägen 15.
Your responsibilities
As a nursing assistant with us, you'll be part of a pleasant and very experienced team that helps and supports each other in daily work. The role involves supporting residents with personal care, meals, activities, and exercise.
Your responsibilities also include documentation, contact person duties, developing care plans, follow-up, medication management, and maintaining apartments and common areas.
You'll work closely with your nursing assistant colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Together, you ensure that our residents feel well and receive the help and support they wish and need.
The goal is always to enable residents to continue living an active life with a meaningful daily routine.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. You have experience in care work, and prior experience in dementia care is a merit. For this role, it's important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
We see that you have a genuine interest in people and are confident in yourself. You're willing to take responsibility, have strong planning and organizational skills, and take initiatives that contribute to the organization's development. You're good at meeting different types of people and respect each individual's personal characteristics, needs, and integrity. You're flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances, quickly adjusting your approach and work methods.
You contribute with a positive attitude at work to create a good work environment together. You're able to collaborate and apply new work methods both in groups and independently. You work calmly and systematically even when the pace is high, can prioritize between tasks, and handle stressful situations constructively. Furthermore, you can meet people based on different situations and are empathetic by being able to understand another person's perspective or situation without taking on their emotions.
