About Us Brobacken is located right by the station in Upplands Väsby. Brobacken is a specialized residential facility with 76 apartments divided between somatic and dementia care units. About the Position We are now seeking nursing assistants for our operations. We are looking for staff for both day and night shifts. Our mission is to provide our residents with a meaningful, secure, and active daily life. We work based on each resident's individual needs. Your assignment is to motivate, provide good care, personal hygiene assistance, and support residents in their daily activities as well as to participate in and carry out activities. Household tasks such as laundry and cleaning also occur. Healthcare tasks are performed under the delegation of a registered nurse. With us, you will work scheduled hours during day, evening, and weekend shifts. Night shifts include nights and weekend service. Are You the One We're Looking For? We are seeking someone who: - Has completed nursing assistant training and certification of protected professional title - Has experience in elderly care - Has documentation experience, preferably in Pulsen/Combine where we document - Can express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, to avoid misunderstandings It is a merit if you have training in dementia care. As a person, you are positive, stable, and good at collaboration. We also see that you are skilled at and enjoy building relationships with others.
