We are now seeking an engaged employee for a temporary position at Björkelid Care and Housing Facility in Rävlanda, starting by agreement and ending January 31st. The position includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, and secondly, we are looking for someone who is not yet trained but is open to pursuing training and is otherwise suited for work in healthcare.
Your Assignment
As a nursing assistant with us, you provide our service users with safe, dignified, and person-centered care. You support in daily life based on individual needs and care plans, with a focus on participation, independence, and quality of life.
The work includes personal care, social interaction, activities, meal support, service tasks, and delegated health and medical care duties. You are also responsible for social documentation and maintain contact with relatives.
You work closely with colleagues in a team and actively contribute to good cooperation, professional conduct, and a safe environment for both service users and staff. The role requires responsibility, high integrity, and a quality-conscious approach.
Team Planning: How It Works Here
Härryda municipality works to create stable operations with increased base staffing. This means we apply team planning, where you have a home unit but can also work shifts at other units as needed.
The aim is to ensure continuity and safe care for service users, while also giving you the opportunity for variety, knowledge exchange, and professional development. Introduction will be provided so you feel confident in your role.
Requirements
To be a candidate for this position, you need to:
Be a trained nursing assistant
Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Have good digital skills and experience with social documentation
Ability to take and follow delegated health and medical care duties
Meritorious
It is meritorious if you have:
Experience working at care and housing facilities
Further training in dementia, psychiatry, or welfare technology
Experience with quality and value-based work
Experience with systems such as Treserva, TES, and BPSD registry
