We are seeking an engaged employee for Björkelid care and residential home in Rävlanda. The position includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. First and foremost, we're looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, and secondly, we're looking for you who are not yet trained but are open to becoming trained and are otherwise suitable for work in healthcare. Your assignment As a nursing assistant with us, you provide our service users with safe, dignified, and person-centered care. You support them in daily life based on individual needs and care plans, with a focus on participation, independence, and quality of life. The work includes, among other things, personal care, social interaction, activities, meal assistance, services, and delegated health and medical care tasks. You are also responsible for social documentation and maintain contact with relatives. You work closely with colleagues in a team and actively contribute to good cooperation, professional conduct, and a safe environment for both service users and staff. The role requires responsibility, high integrity, and a quality-conscious approach to work. Team Scheduling: How it works with us Härryda Municipality works to create stable operations with increased base staffing. This means we apply team scheduling, where you have a home unit but can also work shifts at other units as needed. The purpose is to ensure continuity and safe care for service users, while giving you the opportunity for variety, experience exchange, and professional development.
