We're seeking an engaged team member for Björkelid Care and Living Facility in Rävlanda. The position includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Björkelid offers a calm, nature-rich work environment with easy access to both forest and lake. We work with the individual at the center, striving to create security, participation, and meaningful daily life for our residents.

We are primarily seeking someone with nursing assistant training, and secondarily, someone without formal training but who is open to pursuing it and is otherwise suited for healthcare work.
Your Assignment
As a nursing assistant with us, you provide our residents with safe, dignified, and person-centered care. You support daily living based on individual needs and care plans, with a focus on participation, independence, and quality of life.
The work includes personal care, social interaction, activities, meal assistance, service tasks, and delegated health and medical care duties. You're also responsible for social documentation and maintain contact with relatives.
You work closely with colleagues in a team and actively contribute to good collaboration, professional conduct, and a safe environment for both residents and staff. The role requires responsibility-taking, high integrity, and a quality-conscious approach.
Team Scheduling: How It Works With Us
Härryda Municipality works to create stable operations with increased core staffing. This means we use team scheduling, where you have a home unit but can also work shifts at other units as needed.
The purpose is to ensure continuity and safe care for residents, while giving you opportunities for variety, knowledge exchange, and professional development. Training will be provided so you feel confident in your role.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you need to:
Have nursing assistant training
Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Have good digital skills and experience with social documentation
Ability to take and follow delegated healthcare duties
Meritorious Qualifications
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience working at care and living facilities
Further training in dementia, psychiatry, or welfare technology
Experience with quality and values-based work
Experience with systems such as Treserva, TES, and BPSD registry
