About the Position We work in teams around our residents. In this announcement, we are recruiting for 4 permanent positions at 75% employment. The schedule includes day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend, and we use fixed scheduling. One department offers short-term housing and respite care for residents with dementia diagnoses. Your work tasks include: - Personal care for residents, such as assistance with hygiene, dressing, and mobility. - Delegation from nurses regarding medication administration, repositioning, and sample collection. - Participation in planning and implementing activities for residents. - Providing support and care to residents and their families. - Collaborating with other healthcare staff to ensure good care and support for residents. About Our Offer As part of our benefits, we offer a wellness subsidy of up to 5,000 SEK per year for full-time employees, via Epassi. For those working part-time, the amount is adjusted proportionally based on your employment level. About You For this position, you need to: - Be a trained nursing assistant and have applied for protected professional title. - Have good computer skills as documentation is done digitally. - Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is also meriting if you have: - Experience with mental health and geriatric diseases. - Experience working with dementia. You have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team consisting of various professions and personalities. In challenging situations, you remain calm, stable, and have the ability to focus on your task. You are flexible and take your own initiative when needed. You show empathy when meeting other people and have a genuine interest in delivering good service to our elderly. You share our values, which are based on participation, safety, and respect. We place great importance on personal suitability. About Us Birgittagården is a care and housing facility in Rimbo with a total of 8 departments and 74 apartments. We also have short-term housing with respite care and a daytime activity center with guests on weekdays. We offer both recurring group activities and individual activities based on the person's wishes and needs. Small everyday activities such as sitting down for a chat, looking at photographs, doing hair, or perhaps painting nails are valued just as much as a joint outing or a crayfish party. There are many opportunities for residents to socialize in several places in the facility. During the summer, several group activities take place on the departments' outdoor terraces/gardens.
