Job Description On unit B181, highly specialized care is provided in areas such as stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's, Guillain-Barré, and MS. You will work with both acute care and palliative care as well as rehabilitation. Patients often have significant care needs, and helping patients with this is one of the most important tasks as a nursing assistant with us, as well as performing tasks such as monitoring and blood tests. After internal training, there is also the opportunity to work in our monitoring unit. Work Team Teamwork is an important part of patient-centered care. Here, nursing assistants, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and dietitians work together. About You You as an applicant must have a nursing assistant diploma with a focus on acute care. Applicants without this will not be handled further in the recruitment process. We see that you are interested in and/or have experience in neurology. Work experience in inpatient care or more advanced care at home or nursing homes is an asset. Since you will communicate with patients, family members, and colleagues, it is important that you have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You apply knowledge, skills, and abilities in your interactions during patient meetings or care situations. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. As a person, you take personal responsibility for completing your work tasks. Since our patients' conditions can deteriorate quickly, it is important that you can work in a structured manner but also quickly reprioritize your interventions with patient safety in focus. You can work independently but have good cooperation skills as you are part of a multiprofessional team. You contribute through a positive attitude to a good work environment, improvement work, and understand the importance of good communication at all levels. We have a preference schedule system and use the scheduling tool Tessa. The scheduling includes at least two of five weekends. A trial employment period may be applied.
