About You We are looking for a qualified nursing assistant. It is advantageous if you have training in infectious disease nursing, knowledge of the Cosmic medical records system, and/or experience working in an infection department. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You are self-directed and take responsibility for your tasks. You have a holistic perspective and are organized in the way you plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently. You also have strong collaboration skills where you value and see the benefit of working with others, and you are receptive and can adapt to different people. What You'll Work With In the infection department, you will work as a nursing assistant in a team with experienced nurses, doctors, and other professionals—always with the patient at the center. The work team has strong cohesion where we support each other and highly value both development and job satisfaction. The department cares for patients with varying monitoring needs, in close collaboration with nurses. Patients' care needs vary, which means an alternating work pace and sometimes rapid changes in health status—no two days are the same. With us, you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of both infectious and non-infectious disease conditions. We care for patients with common diagnoses such as pneumonia and urinary tract infections, but also more complex conditions such as hepatitis, malaria, and infections of the heart valves, skeleton, and brain. You will develop expertise in transmission routes and infection control, and meet patients from all over the world.
