The operations span a large part of the internal medicine field: acute medicine, gastroenterology, pulmonary and allergy medicine, endocrinology and diabetes, and nephrology. At the medical specialist care unit, SPEVA, we care for internal medicine patients who need specialist care, particularly in pulmonary medicine and nephrology. The rheumatology clinic also has care beds here. Patients come to us from the entire northern region who need specialist care, both acute and planned. The work is varied and includes both traditional nursing care work and medical technical tasks within a broad and exciting spectrum of patients. The work is both diverse and developmental. With us, you work as a nursing assistant in a close nursing care team with a nurse where you together plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The care should be based on a person-centered approach. At SPEVA, each nursing assistant has an important role and your work contributes to providing patients with high-quality care. To grow into the role and have the conditions to provide the best care, we understand how important job satisfaction is and the opportunity for continuous professional development. There is also an opportunity to specialize in specific areas and to make study visits with our partners within the clinic. The job includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant. You enjoy working in an environment with varied tasks and varying intensity. You are solution-oriented and driven; working independently and with commitment is a given for you. Other important personal qualities are cooperation and initiative skills as well as flexibility and thoroughness. Employment type: Permanent employment.
