Solgården Care and Residential Home is centrally located in Hörnefors, approximately 30 kilometers south of Umeå, with proximity to both the town center and green spaces. Solgården has a total of 32 apartments distributed across 2 units. Each unit has common areas for dining, conversation, and activities. Exhibitions from local associations contribute to a pleasant indoor environment. The residence also features a beautiful courtyard with fruit trees and berry bushes. Large terraces, balconies, and small pathways provide opportunities for enjoyable outdoor time. We are now looking forward to welcoming two nursing assistants to our team! Your Responsibilities With a professional approach and good demeanor, you will assist our residents in their daily lives. The residents' self-determination is in focus, and you will contribute to ensuring that services are provided with good quality, according to care decisions and implementation plans. You will assist with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, meals, and other services. Your tasks also include documenting actions and health status, as well as medical duties based on delegation from the responsible nurse. Heavy lifting may occur; moving aids must be used. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. About You We are looking for someone who meets people with empathy, attentiveness, and genuine commitment.
