Nursing Assistant Needed for Night Shift at Villa Tollare in Nacka

Together with engaged colleagues, your primary task will be to provide support and create a fun and meaningful daily life for our elderly residents. Teamwork for Quality Care We work in teams around the resident with nursing assistants, registered nurses, occupational therapist, activity coach, and physical therapist to provide health-promoting care and services of very high quality. This also means you have secure support from colleagues, both care staff and other professional roles. At Villa Tollare you will also find our preschool located in the same premises, which contributes to wonderful interactions between children and the elderly. As a nursing assistant with us, you provide individual and secure care by working in a close relationship with the elderly person and their loved ones, and you see the elderly person from a holistic perspective. You perform certain medical care tasks based on delegation from the registered nurse. To succeed in the role with us, it is important that you have good collaboration and initiative skills and take responsibility for maintaining elderly care of the highest quality. We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has several years of experience working with people who have somatic health concerns. As a person, you take initiative in your work and see what needs to be prioritized from a holistic perspective. You have high service awareness and are helpful to your colleagues and ensure that your tasks are completed with quality. You are confident in your professional role and are responsible and thorough. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing as well as good experience in documentation. The position is a permanent employment at approximately 80% with a probationary period and start by agreement. An extract from the criminal record must be presented before employment.
