About Viljan Orderljungavägen Viljan Orderljungavägen is located in a scenic area in Perstorp Municipality where we provide a homely and secure environment. We welcome men and women 35 years and older with mental health disabilities such as psychotic disorders, affective disorders, NPF, and certain comorbidities. Viljan Orderljungavägen has a total of 32 places consisting of private apartments. Our approach is motivating and supportive in nature, and we place great emphasis on building trusting relationships to create participation. We work based on the assignment from the placement provider, where clients, together with the support of a contact person, form, implement, and evaluate various support measures. Staff at our facility include facility managers, nurses, care assistants, cooks, cleaners, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and specialist doctors on a consulting basis. About the Night Care Assistant Role As a night care assistant, you support our residents in their daily lives through conversation and practical assistance. The role involves creating a sense of security, building relationships, motivating positive changes, and monitoring the implementation of care plans. Documentation and continuous communication with colleagues and licensed personnel are also included. Main Responsibilities: Awake night shift Client contact Documentation Other relevant work duties Qualifications You are relationship-oriented and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner, and you enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs. It is of great importance that you enjoy meeting people and that you have social competence, as you are the company's representative in interactions with our clients and their relatives. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, formal qualifications, and that you are service-oriented. Requirements: Care Assistant education level Class B driver's license Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Good computer skills, experience with documentation Merits: Experience in care work during both day and night shifts Employment Terms Role: Night Care Assistant Employment Type: Permanent with 6 months probation Employment Level: 79.48-86.71% Working Hours: Permanent night shift Start Date: September 1 or by agreement Collective Agreement: We are bound by the collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.
