A nursing assistant at Norlandia is a valuable key person, and we are looking for someone who is skilled in your professional role and who enjoys meeting people in different situations. Together in a team with nurses, rehabilitation specialists, and management, we collaborate around the resident to provide a good life every day. We are looking for you with a genuine interest in older people, where your main responsibilities are to provide safe and secure personal care and support. You support the resident in their daily life and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday life. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing residents with good quality care and support in accordance with what has been agreed with the resident in the care plan. This includes, among other things: Work as a contact person based on Norlandia's concept Your Day. Personal care and support and utilizing residents' own resources. Work based on Norlandia's concept Tasty Meal so that our residents enjoy the food and the meal experience adds a touch of gold to everyday life. Document according to the Social Services Act; keep social records and establish as well as follow up care plans. Plan, offer, and implement daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities. Perform service tasks such as apartment cleaning, laundry, accompaniment, and shopping, etc. Receive and carry out delegated work tasks such as medication delegation. Take responsibility in ombudsman roles. Actively participate in the facility's quality and improvement work.
