The Care Administration is now seeking a nursing assistant for permanent weekend shifts within home care services. The employment is a permanent position in care with a fixed-term contract for permanent weekend shifts. The employment will initially be a probationary period. You work either Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday. Other time is scheduled during other weekdays for such things as APT and training. 28 hours of work per week gives you a full-time salary. As a nursing assistant, you work independently but with the support of a dedicated team. You: - Provide care and service with warm, professional conduct - Work based on individual needs to create security and quality - Perform delegated health and medical care tasks according to the Health and Medical Care Act - Document and create implementation plans according to current guidelines - Support our users in the moment – with presence, respect, and care Qualifications We are looking for someone who: - Is a trained nursing assistant - Has a B-class driver's license - Can cycle as some shifts may be by bicycle - Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Has computer skills - Is empathetic, attentive, and confident in meeting with people We place great emphasis on personal suitability and references.
