The goal of Riagården is to create security, well-being, and trust by being a support in daily life and being available around the clock. This position is a temporary assignment running until June 27, 2026, with the possibility of extension. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a nursing assistant, your primary responsibilities are to plan and carry out care work based on our users' needs. Our users' needs are always at the center, and we work with a rehabilitative approach. This means that those living with us should receive help to maintain their abilities as much as possible. In daily work, you provide our users with social activities in their everyday life. The work also includes delegated health and medical care tasks as well as documentation in accordance with the Social Services Act. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has/is: • trained as a nursing assistant. • experience working in elderly care. • good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. • good computer skills. It is also advantageous if you have: • experience working in dementia care with a focus on BPSD. • a Class B driver's license to be able to get to the workplace at irregular times, which includes some evenings and every other weekend.
