Be a support in users' daily lives – from helping with medication to creating security and quality of life. We are looking for You are a trained nursing assistant and preferably have previous experience from elderly care. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, which allows you to easily communicate with users, family members, and colleagues as well as document according to operational requirements. We are primarily looking for someone with a driver's license. Responsive, conscientious, and empathetic – you see opportunities in every situation and treat others with trust and respect. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and have the ability to plan and prioritize your work. You are flexible in your role and ready to meet each day's unique challenges.
