We are looking for a nursing assistant/receptionist who wants to join Arenastaden Healthcare Center Solna - a private healthcare center commissioned by Region Stockholm, located in the heart of Mall of Scandinavia in Solna.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with reception work, preferably within healthcare or service industries.
- Is proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with both patients and colleagues.
- Is thorough, responsible, and organized.
- Is flexible and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is a merit if you have experience working in healthcare, laboratory work, and familiarity with the TakeCare medical records system.
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have a varied and important position in our daily operations. You will be responsible for receiving and welcoming patients, handling phone calls, and other patient-related matters. The role combines administrative tasks with nursing assistant duties and sample collection at our own laboratory.
You will work both independently and as part of the care team, contributing to creating a professional, secure, and well-functioning patient flow.

Employment Terms:
