We are now recruiting new colleagues to join us at Intagsgatan and Omtanken's day care services. We are looking for someone who wants to help us become even better at person-centered care and support. Your primary placement will be at one of the services, but you will need to be able to work at all day care services when needed. We offer day care services for people with dementia and have three services in Eskilstuna and one in Torshälla. During the fall, a building will be renovated to which the three services in Eskilstuna will move, and an additional unit will be added there. With us, guests participate in activities that strengthen health and create social community. We work according to BPSD and inspired by the FINGER model. Most of our guests are elderly and live at home with support from home care services or family. Evidence that we maintain high quality in our work is that our guests and their families are very satisfied with our services. 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant, you provide personal care and support in daily life, for example with hygiene and other daily activities. Together with your colleagues, you create a safe, meaningful, and active day for our guests. You are a contact person and work with creating, following up, and revising implementation plans and interaction plans. Documentation is done continuously in Viva and you use Appva for signing where you follow the service's routines and guidelines. You also participate in work with the quality register BPSD and documentation. There is also an opportunity to have an ombudsman role. As a specialist nursing assistant, you use your expertise in daily work and contribute to developing the service. You mentor students, trainees, and colleagues and provide support in matters concerning, for example, interaction. In the role, you guide and support colleagues in assessments and interaction with people with dementia. By sharing your knowledge and experience, you contribute to developing methods that are based on the individual's needs. The goal is to strengthen and preserve the individual's own abilities as much as possible. You support contact staff and other colleagues and participate in work with implementation plans. QUALIFICATIONS For both positions, we are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and is passionate about making a difference. If you are applying for the specialist nursing assistant position, we want you to have completed training in that. You are flexible and have good interpersonal skills. It is important that you enjoy collaborating and contributing to a good atmosphere in the work group. If you have experience in elderly care, preferably work with dementia, that is a merit. You are willing to accept delegation and have the ability to use digital tools for documentation. In this recruitment, we use language tests for everyone we call for an interview.
