About the Role
As a group manager at Södra Järnvägsgatan, you combine administrative leadership with being present in daily care work. Distribution is approximately 40% administrative work and 60% care work. You are a role model who leads through your own actions and creates a work climate characterized by Humana spirit: commitment, responsibility, and joy.
Close Leadership: You have personnel and planning responsibility for your team. Your focus is to support, provide feedback, and ensure quality in operations according to Humana's methods.
Development: You are part of the local management team and report to the Operations Manager. Here you get to influence the future of the residence.
About Us
Södra Järnvägsgatan is a modern and secure elderly care home. It is a personal residence with proximity to nature and good transportation connections. Södra Järnvägsgatan elderly home consists of 54 cozy apartments, divided on 3 floors and 6 units. Each unit has a shared kitchen with bright dining rooms for pleasant meals and living rooms that invite socializing. We have a lovely garden and roof terrace. We actively work with activities and meals.
We base our work on person-centered care where our residents are in focus. With us work nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapist and physiotherapist, activity coordinator, and operations manager.
Who Are You?
We're looking for you who is a trained nursing assistant and who is passionate about developing both people and operations. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious, and have a natural ability to motivate others.
We're looking for you who:
Are clear in your communication and create participation in the team.
Have a coaching approach and are responsive to both residents' and employees' needs.
Are solution-oriented and take responsibility for both quality and financial frameworks.
Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills.
Meritorious:
Long experience in elderly care
Completed training "Lead Without Being a Manager" or equivalent leadership training
Experience mentoring and introducing new staff
Experience with scheduling and personnel planning
Knowledge of dementia and cognitive decline
Experience with quality and improvement work
Good knowledge of laws and regulations in elderly care, for example SoL and HSL
Experience collaborating with nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist
Familiar with working in documentation systems, in Welfare
Experience in leadership within elderly care is seen as meritorious, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal suitability and your willingness to grow with us.

About the Position:
Working hours and employment level: Day, evening, and weekend – 100%.
Employment form: Permanent employment; we apply a six-month probationary period.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting of basic salary. Other compensation is given according to collective agreement.
Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
