In your role as a nursing assistant, you will provide care and support based on residents' wishes, in accordance with care decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You will, for example, help with personal hygiene, prepare and serve meals, respond to call bells, and provide social companionship. Social interaction is an important part of our work so that all our residents can live life to the fullest. This can include conversations, playing games, going on outings, taking a bike ride, or organizing fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel, such as medication administration and training. Job Description We are currently seeking a colleague for night shift work for a permanent position with a probationary period at 100% employment rate with a start date by mutual agreement. To be considered for this position, you need: A certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) as a nursing assistant Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written We also consider it a merit if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care. Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened criminal record certificate from the Swedish Police.
