Description Work as a nursing assistant in home care services. This position is scheduled for night shifts. We are looking for someone who wants to provide our clients with good care, comfort, and community. We see that you have good collaborative skills and are flexible and responsible. Qualifications We prefer that you have completed nursing assistant training or equivalent education. Experience in similar work or other life experience is something we value. Being able to speak and write Swedish is a requirement since you will need to communicate with various people, maintain social documentation, and perform medical interventions in your work. You will work closely with other professionals to help and support our clients toward a dignified life and well-being according to their own circumstances. You must be able to handle a mobile phone and computer. Driver's license category B is a requirement for work in home care. Arjeplog Municipality has decided on a salary bonus for those hired in a current shortage occupation on a permanent contract with Arjeplog Municipality, with an employment date after July 1, 2018. You have the opportunity to receive a salary bonus over 3 years. Nursing assistant is currently a shortage occupation. To receive this bonus, you must be registered in Arjeplog Municipality during these 3 years. The salary bonus is paid when employment exceeds: 12 months with 15,000 kr, 24 months with 22,500 kr, and 36 months with 30,000 kr. You also have the opportunity to apply for a relocation bonus, which means that those with adequate education who get a job in a shortage occupation and register in Arjeplog can receive a bonus. Maximum 30,000 kr with verified documentation. The bonus is proportional to your employment rate.
