About Villa Kristineberg The residence has 60 apartments distributed across three floors for elderly individuals with a focus on dementia and somatic care. Each unit has a shared kitchen and pleasant spaces for socializing and meals. We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people aged 14–18 years visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enrich the lives of our residents. You have a group manager who spends most of their time working close to you in the operations. Becoming a group manager can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. We work with animals in care and regularly have therapy dogs visiting. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to treat people with respect. You work closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.
