Attendo is now recruiting several committed night nursing assistants to Attendo Roden in Norrtälje, which opens in January 2027. It will be a brand new and modern senior residential home with 60 apartments, of which 40 places are for people with dementia and 20 somatic places.
As a nursing assistant with us, you'll have a unique opportunity to be part of the project from the start and contribute to creating a safe, warm and high-quality operation. Together with committed colleagues, you will help establish routines, workplace joy and care where the residents' needs and wishes are always in focus.
The home is based on Attendo's appreciated Sport & Spa concept, where health, activity and well-being are a natural part of everyday life. In your role as a nursing assistant, you work person-centered and support residents in their daily lives by creating security, participation and meaningful days. You become an important part of a team that works closely together and where quality, care and development permeate the work.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
Personal care according to the home's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry etc.
Perform documentation and work based on decided measures
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff

Qualifications
Requirements:
Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits
Certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare or reference from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant
Good knowledge of the Swedish language (speaking and writing)
Good computer skills/computer experience
Merits:
Experience from night care work in elderly care
Experience of delegation

About the recruitment process
