About the role as nursing assistant night shift As a nursing assistant, you work in a team to provide good, person-centered care through an individually tailored approach based on the residents' perspectives. The position is part-time until further notice at 82% night shift work (calculated on the standard full-time work measure of 34.2 hours), weekend shifts occur. We apply a 6-month probationary period and individual salary setting. About the elderly care facility Poesin Poesin is located peacefully and beautifully situated in Nacka. The home offers 60 apartments distributed over three floors and has been named Poesin with a connection to literature, as culture is something we value highly. You can reach it by bus from Orminge Centrum toward Hasseludden. If you come by car, free staff parking is available. Within elderly care, we have a unique organization for health and medical services. The doctor responsible for medical services at elderly care facilities under the foundation's management is employed by us. This strengthens continuity and collaboration in the professional teams.
