JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant in home care, you will be challenged with varying tasks in people's ordinary homes. It is a flexible and varied job where you meet service users who need different care and welfare services. The goal is for our service users to receive individually tailored support that contributes to quality of life, with a focus on respectful treatment. You work based on implementation plans established according to care decisions and in consultation with service users. Your duties include serving as a dedicated care contact, documentation in accordance with the Social Services Act and Health and Medical Care Act, performing delegated health and medical care tasks, and actively participating in the development of operations by attending relevant meetings. To support your decision-making in daily work, you have access to coordinators, planners, colleagues, and your supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Protected professional credentials for nursing assistant, or covered by transition rules (permanent nursing assistant employed as of July 1, 2023) • B-category driver's license Desirable: • Experience working in elderly care or home care services We are looking for someone with an interest in the nursing assistant role and who enjoys meeting people according to their different conditions with the aim of providing quality, individually tailored care. Since you often work independently, it is important that you are confident in yourself and that you see opportunities instead of obstacles and can make your own decisions. It is important that you have good people skills and can handle situations that arise in the work. You have good collaboration abilities and are clear in your communication. You are expected to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Many of your duties involve receiving instructions and conveying information in a correct and clear manner. You will collaborate and communicate with people in different professions and are expected to contribute your experience and competence in a positive and constructive way. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
