JOB DUTIES Nursing assistants at Mogården have their main assignment at Mogården in Hova; if the need arises, you should be flexible and able to provide services outside your ordinary workplace. The duties include meeting the individual's needs for care and services in their home, performing medical tasks on delegation from a nurse. As an employee, you collaborate with residents, colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, coordinators, and the unit manager. We work with contact person responsibilities and as a nursing assistant you have extra responsibility for a number of residents at Mogården. You participate in team meetings and develop implementation plans. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a trained nursing assistant who can present a professional certificate with an interest in working with development and change. Good collaboration skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently are required. On July 1st this year, the language requirement for staff in elderly care came into force. The requirement is that staff must have good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing to be able to provide safe and good care. In addition, good computer skills are required. It is important that applicants have a positive view of people, strong commitment, a sense of responsibility, and place the elderly's individual needs in focus. It is meritorious if you have experience with the Life Care documentation tool, knowledge in creating care plans and evaluating in BPSD, as well as good skills in interacting with people with dementia. Further education to specialist nursing assistant is valued highly.
