DUTIES
• Provide person-centered care, support, and services to people with dementia based on their individual needs, wishes, and circumstances.
• Work to create security, meaningfulness, participation, and good quality of life for the individual.
• Perform care interventions and support the individual in daily activities with a focus on maintaining functions and independence as much as possible.
• Work from a person-centered approach and apply knowledge of dementia, communication, and appropriate interaction.
• Observe, document, and report changes in the individual's health status, behavior, and well-being.
• Establish, follow up, and document interventions according to implementation plans and health and medical care tasks in accordance with current legislation.
• Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals to ensure good and coordinated care and support.
• Actively contribute to the organization's quality, development, and improvement work.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Protected professional credential as a nursing assistant.
• Experience working in elderly care and preferably dementia care.
• Knowledge of low-expressed emotion approach.
• Knowledge of person-centered care, dementia, and appropriate interaction.
• Strong ability to build trusting relationships with clients, relatives, and colleagues.
• Good computer skills and experience with social documentation in accordance with IBIC.
• Advantageous if you have training in dementia care, Senior Alert, BPSD, and/or work according to the Star Mark training model.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
