We are now seeking a nursing assistant who, in addition to ordinary work duties, takes on expanded responsibility in the role of operations coordinator at the special residential facility Brinkehem and home care services in Brösarp. We are looking for someone who wants to take a central role in our operations and contribute your expertise both administratively and practically. As operations coordinator, you are responsible for creating structure in daily work, providing support to staff, and ensuring that operations function in the best possible way—while at the same time participating in practical work in your role as nursing assistant. The position involves a time-limited assignment as a nursing assistant combined with operations coordinator. The operations coordinator assignment is for one year at a time and is reviewed and reconsidered annually, which means that its scope and content may change based on operational needs. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES In your role as operations coordinator, you work closely with the unit manager and work teams. You are a key person who ensures that routines and systems function, while you yourself work practically with residents when needed. In this way, you combine administrative tasks with being active support in care and part of the team in daily operations. The percentage distribution of your assignment as nursing assistant versus operations coordinator is determined by your manager and may vary based on need. As operations coordinator, you will, among other things: • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on daily operations, working with/against operations coordinators in other residential and home care areas • Participate in practical work in the operations in your role as nursing assistant • Handle scheduling and staffing issues as well as absence and resource allocation • Work with administrative systems such as Visma, Combine, Time Care MA, TES, and Senior Alert • Manage key and access control systems as well as various types of alarms and technical solutions • Participate in incident management and quality work in cooperation with the unit manager • Provide support with orientation of new employees and administration regarding delegations and training • Be a contact person toward various support functions, such as IT, facility services, laundry, and external suppliers QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who enjoys a leadership role and functions as a good role model for your colleagues. You work well with others and communicate easily, while you are comfortable working independently. You have a comprehensive perspective on operations, are solution-oriented, and like to think in new ways to develop working methods and routines. You are responsible, engaged, and strategic in your way of working. As operations coordinator, it is also important that you are calm and stable, even in stressful situations. To be considered for the position, it is a requirement that you: • Are a trained nursing assistant • Have work experience from special residential facilities or home care services • Have work experience as an operations coordinator or similar work • Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written • Have a driver's license and access to a car It is advantageous if you have: • Strong IT skills, particularly in the Office package and other digital tools • Experience working with quality registers and incident management Employment form: Time-limited employment.
