Work Hours The position involves scheduled work hours 07:30–16:00 and work every third weekend. About the Position This is fundamentally a nursing assistant position in home care, where the majority of the work time consists of customer visits and care work. In addition, you will have expanded responsibility for staffing and schedule planning every third weekend. In that role, you work closely with the operations manager and coordinator to ensure that the operation runs smoothly and that both customers and employees have the best possible conditions. Your Tasks Provide safe and professional care to our customers. Perform personal care and service tasks. Document according to applicable guidelines. Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and relatives. Take responsibility for staffing and schedule planning every third weekend. Handle acute changes in staffing. Support the coordinator and operations manager in daily planning. Contribute to structure, quality, and good communication in the operation. We Are Looking for You If You Are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title from Socialstyrelsen. Have experience working in home care or other elderly care. Are responsible, organized, and solution-oriented. Enjoy combining practical care work with administrative tasks. Have good computer skills and learn new systems easily. Have good collaboration skills and professional demeanor. Have a B-class driver's license. It is meritorious if you have previously worked with schedule planning, staffing, or other administrative tasks, but the most important thing is that you have interest, commitment, and the desire to develop.
