We are now seeking a nursing assistant for Lunden who will have a temporary role as a development leader as part of their work. Lunden is a unit at Kungsparken, which is a modern specialized residential facility in central Kumla. Kungsparken consists of 126 apartments, distributed across two buildings and 14 units. In the development leader role, you will have the opportunity to be an important link between staff and management while continuing to work closely with residents. We have a strong focus on quality and person-centered care. 1 position(s). DUTIES Your primary role is as a nursing assistant while, for a limited time, you will have expanded responsibility for development and coordination at the unit. The assignment will be evaluated continuously. As a nursing assistant, your duties include providing care and services based on residents' individual needs, as well as maintaining contact with and providing support to family members. You will document in our activity system and stay informed about the unit's residents. As a development leader, your tasks will include planning the unit's work in daily operations and organizing activities for our residents, as well as ensuring that applicable guidelines and procedures are followed in dialogue with the unit manager. You will promote the development work and organizational values in operations and ensure they permeate daily work. You will drive and follow up on development processes together with the unit manager and work team. You will also collaborate with other development leaders and unit managers from other departments. The assignment includes certain daily staffing and orientation of new employees and students. As a development leader, you are expected to be a safe and stable role model who contributes to quality care and drives development and improvement work with structure, clarity, and responsiveness. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and holds a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You enjoy motivating, inspiring, and supporting colleagues in daily work. You also have: • experience working in health and care and are confident in your professional role • good collaboration skills and a professional approach • ability to work systematically, take responsibility, and see the bigger picture of operations • commitment to development and improvement work It is advantageous if you have: • experience coordinating or leading work groups without formal management responsibility • experience in operations development, improvement work, or implementing new ways of working • experience working in specialized residential care for elderly • specialist nursing assistant training in an area relevant to the operation Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: By agreement. Working hours: Shift work. Primarily daytime work, Monday to Friday. Work also occurs on certain holidays falling on weekdays according to the operation's light holiday schedule. Evening shifts may occur if needed.
