The employment rate is 82.38%. Working hours are 15:20-22:15 with a 30-minute break. You work every other weekend. Our service area is Bandhagen and Högdalen. We provide both planned services and emergency response, and our office is located in Högdalen. Your Role As a nursing assistant with us, you provide good nursing care and social services to our service users according to care decisions. You help with personal care, supervision and contribute to a meaningful and safe everyday life. Your work also includes: Documenting in the service user's social journal Maintaining contact with relatives Collaborating with colleagues, management and other professionals You move between service users on foot or by e-bike. Your Competence and Experience Requirements: Protected professional title as nursing assistant Previous experience working in home care Computer skills for documentation and reporting Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Ability to ride an e-bike In this recruitment we place great importance on your personal qualities and we welcome candidates who are: Stable: You are secure, stress-resilient and have personal maturity.
