Nursing Assistant - Short-term Unit Night Shift

The Workplace Elderly care in Karlsborg Municipality is centered at Haganäset nursing home, where all operations are located in one place. We are now hiring a nursing assistant to work nights on the short-term unit. Job Responsibilities You will work based on person-centered care and a rehabilitative approach. Your task is to support residents in all daily activities regarding care, service, and assistance based on their needs. You should provide security, deliver quality care, and be able to perform health and medical tasks following delegation. The work includes taking in written and oral information as well as documenting in our management system Viva. Qualifications You have formal qualifications as a nursing assistant with delegation for medication and insulin administration. Previous experience in health and care work is a merit. You are goal-oriented and can work toward jointly established objectives, collaborate easily, and are attentive to others' needs. You have a strong ability to work independently and take initiative. After introduction, you should be able to work in our management system and other IT systems used by the organization.
