In the team, nursing assistants, registered nurses, biomedical analysts, and physicians work together in a stimulating and developmental work environment. The team also has access to a dietitian, foot therapist, occupational therapist, physical therapist, medical secretary, and social worker. Operations at Angereds Community Hospital are centered on patient needs and should be diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive, and strongly quality-driven. Responsibilities Perform blood pressure checks and ECG recordings and be able to interpret basic ECG rhythm Perform HbA1c tests on diabetic patients Experience with heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and ischemia clinics in collaboration with cardiologists Operationally handle diagnostic equipment including ECG, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, Holter monitor ECG, and thumb ECG Assist with exercise ECG testing When needed, motivate patients to increase physical activity, smoking cessation, and weight loss Order supplies in the Marketplace Assist in research and development work Qualifications Nursing assistant education with a focus on healthcare is required Experience in cardiology is required Experience with diabetic patients is required Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team Interest in development, innovative thinking, and teamwork Swedish spoken and written is required; other languages are highly valued We believe that diversity in our workforce is an essential factor in achieving good operational results and in developing the content and quality of our operations.
