Nursing Assistant Järna Hölö/Vårdinge Home Care Temporary Position

We are now seeking temporary nursing assistants for our unit in the Hölö/Vårdinge and Järna areas. There are several temporary positions of varying lengths with the possibility of extension. A Day at Work Södertälje Municipality has many tasks and assignments for its citizens, and the basic municipal home care assignment is to offer home care throughout the municipality, with 60% provided in-house. The nursing assistant is a key person in achieving the goal that our citizens can remain in their own homes as long as possible and live an independent life while maintaining their own capabilities to the greatest extent possible. Your most important task is to support people so they can stay at home and live as independently and securely as possible. As staff members, we are guests when we enter someone's home and help users manage their daily life based on their abilities and needs. Within ordinary housing/home care, we work with fixed care contacts where you and the user agree on how home care should be organized based on the decision the user has received. It is very important that you are well-versed in documentation, which is handled through our mobile work devices. You work closely with colleagues and your results unit manager to provide safe and secure care for our citizens. Together we develop good quality and a good work environment. Since the work involves heavy patient transfers, climbing stairs, and a lot of movement, you should have the physical capability to manage this. A driver's license (category B) is required. Meritorious: You have knowledge of the Social Services Act concerning care and services and participate in various training programs conducted as part of your work.
