We work in smaller teams to create high continuity for our customers and a safe, sustainable work environment for our staff. Each team is led by a team leader/coordinator and a operations manager who is responsible for daily operations and ensuring that our routines, quality, and values are followed. About the Position As an employee with us, you work closely with people in their everyday lives. Our customers need both care services and household services at home and sometimes outside the home. The work is varied, independent, and meaningful.
