In addition to healthcare, our family at the Support and Care Division consists of LSS, the food service unit, Labor Market and Integration (AMI), and Individual and Family Care (IFO). Home Care Hammarstrand is a safe and good workplace with freedom within responsibility and fantastic colleagues. We provide care and support to elderly and disabled individuals in the Hammarstrand area, and the operation is always running 24/7, year-round. Our service area covers central Hammarstrand and surrounding villages bordering the Stugun and Bispgården areas. We have approximately 150 care recipients with varying needs and care requirements, with approximately 80 different care recipients receiving daily visits. The staff consists of 27 permanent employees and some temporary staff. In home care, you meet many people with more or less complex life situations to handle, and the support from colleagues is essential. In this work, it's important that you have the ability to see each person's needs, are thorough and take responsibility. You enjoy working with elderly people, have high empathy, are attentive, have a good manner, and excellent collaboration skills. As a nursing assistant in home care, you provide care, help and support to individuals based on their specific needs and create a meaningful everyday life. The work includes both medical and rehabilitative services performed under delegation by licensed personnel. You work directly in the individual's home and must therefore be able to make independent decisions and be solution-focused. To meet future challenges, we in Ragunda are working to implement/develop welfare technology solutions in healthcare. This is important to improve the quality of our work and increase independence and strengthen self-esteem for those we serve. Working hours are variable with shifts during day, evening and weekends based on operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for someone with nursing assistant training, but don't hesitate to apply if you feel you're the right person for us. The position requires that you have a B-class driver's license. In working with our users, dignified treatment and a warm interest in working with people is very important. We want you to have a positive outlook, good collaboration skills and be responsible. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. It is a requirement that you can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish in a way that allows you to communicate with users, relatives and staff. It is also important that you have computer skills and can express yourself well in writing as documentation is an important part of the work.
