The position is mainly based in home care services, where you work independently in care recipients' homes with varied content in your workday. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant, you work to support care recipients in their daily lives based on individual needs. In our teams, we work closely together and share responsibility, which gives you the opportunity to contribute, develop, and take on internal areas of responsibility beyond your role as nursing assistant. Your job responsibilities include, among other things: • Providing care and services based on care plans • Supporting and activating care recipients in daily life • Working with everyday rehabilitation and personal care • Social documentation and development of care plans • Collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and managers • Working both independently and in a team QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Have education from a care and social services program or other education/experience assessed as equivalent • Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing • Have basic digital competence • Take responsibility and have the ability to work independently • Treat others with respect, warmth, and attentiveness • Have Bank-ID • Have a B driver's license It is a merit if you have experience working in elderly care or home care services, as well as knowledge of IBIC, BPSD, or low-key interaction approaches. It is also an advantage if you have experience with documentation and quality work, as well as competence in dementia or psychiatry. As a person, you are flexible and confident in yourself, a team player who enjoys collaboration, but can also work independently.
