Nursing Assistant Home Care Evening Shift

Are you a certified nursing assistant with previous experience in home care? We are now looking for you to work evening shifts (including weekend service). Maybe you're exactly who we're looking for in our team! We continuously work on development in our operations and maintain quality assurance with self-inspections. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve. Competence is important – We offer training in dementia care, ergonomics, etc. We provide care and services to our customers through support decisions and we actively work with contact person assignments. We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals, respects our customers, and provides absolutely excellent service – this is extremely important. Requirements for the position include the ability to work independently, but also in a team as the work sometimes requires two people. It is important that you have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing, and have phone experience to be able to read digital schedules and instructions. Our customers sometimes have pets, so you need to have experience with animals and no allergies. We travel between our customers by bicycle, so cycling experience is a requirement.
