Home Care Forsheda/Bredaryd consists of two smaller work teams operating in the outer areas of Värnamo Municipality. Work Tasks To provide care and services centered on the user's needs in accordance with the care decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. Create security and meaning in the daily lives of our care recipients. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals who are part of the team around the care recipient. As a home care assistant, you are also the fixed care contact for the individual user, you have responsibility for care, and assist with contacts with authorities, relatives, healthcare, etc. Work tasks also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks. Qualifications Care and welfare program or other education that provides home care assistant competence and good computer skills.
